It has this Filipino ambiance, cozy and comfy.Families like to dine here! They also have an airconditioned function room which can accommodate around 50 persons. You can have a private celebration there.

Their lights I think are made of Capiz Shells, also made in the Philippines.

These fishes are hanged on the ceiling of the resto, which adds to the cozy ambiance. Its like your eating along the sea.

Imay's got the affordable price and just the right servings.

Chili Garlic Shrimp, to those who are allergic of shrimps, bring antihistamine! hahaha MASARAP ANG BAWAL

The Morisquetta Rice, you can save if you are dining with a big group than to order rice per person.

Broccoli Stir fry, for those who can't live without vegetables.LOL

Sizzling Blue Marlin, they also have other fish dish. :D

Guess what's inside?? NOPE, its not buko juice!

It's Chicken Binakol , where they put the dish inside the coconut which makes it more appetizing and adds more Filipino feel to the dish.

Grilled Scallops :)

And their famous Crispy Pata! uh-oh blood pressure!

LORD BYRON'S

Everybody has their own cravings right?? That night after a long day afternoon chat with my girls, Kate and Steph, we headed for dinner. There are many food spots, cheaper and gives satisfaction to your tummies that's somewhat unfamiliar here in Bacolod. We went to Lord Byron's, located at Homesite, beside the basketball court, its sort of like a small hut, which can accommodate about more or less 50 persons. They're known for their sumptuous baby back ribs. :) Scroll down to drool! :) HAHA!
Lord Byron's Back Ribs

The back ribs is served with garlic java rice and atsara, you can choose the kind of sauce for your backribs, either chilly bbq sauce or just the regular one. :)

I had mine cut into half since I was feeling full that time. But you still got to order one rack of it but if your not that hungry, you can have it cut and share. So it means----TIPID!

Kate and her whole rack of backribs!

Stephanie with her whole rack of backribs too. :)

Me and my half rack of backribs and had the other half on take out to bring it for my sister :)

Satisfied tummies and satisfied customers :)

Lord Byron's is open from Monday-Saturday around lunch time till dinner time (12noon-8pm) . I say that this food spot is affordable for its whole rack of backribs cost P150.00 served with rice and atsara.NOT BAD!

If you have such cravings, taste and see how WANDERful BACOLOD is! :)

APARADOR sang NEGRENSE

This officially serves as our first entry for this blog. We women love sorts of stuff like clothes, bags and SHOES. I don't know but it gives us the "walk the talk" kind of attitude. We are so overwhelmed with those imported shoe brands which some of us find it so heartbreaking and frustrated when we don't get to purchase it. SHOE LUST! So here in Bacolod, we found this great shoe store, and what makes it so amazing is that they're Philippine made. The name of the store is APARADOR sang NEGRENSE.

This shop is located along 13th  Lacson street. At Balay Quince, 2nd floor.

Native Flip Flops, perfect for outdoors, especially the beach!!Two different styles

They also have these sorta Sanuk-like slip ons.

For casual and day out semi-formal kind of occasions, these cute doll shoes would make a cute look topped with floral dresses or cute doll dresses.

Another group of slip-ons, these reminded me of a Toms(shoe brand) shoe, but perfect! Filipino made and I'm sure most of the materials are proudly from Pinas!

But our favorite --- the wedges! super comfy wedges! No stress in long walks :)
This was the kind of wedge we tried on, I tried on the nude colored one and my friend tried on the red one, she was so caught up by it and bought it right away.

Kate on her Red Wedgies! The good thing about these wedges is that you can use it casually or during on a semi-formal type of events.

Me trying on the nude colored wedgies! :)

One should visit this store, the prices are I think ranging from P500-1000 plus, depending what kind of shoes. And the best part is, they're giving discount cards late this month or early december to let everybody enjoy Christmas shopping in their store.

How WANDERful Bacolod is!!! :)
